KATE STERN
Kate Stern, Trainer and Project Coordinator. Kate joined the Center staff in 2007. She conducts trainings for schools, businesses and organizations and coordinates projects at the Center. Her vast training background includes expertise in health education for youth in schools and the juveninle justice system.
Previously, Kate created the LGBT Safe Schools program for all of Boston’s public high schools and served as the Executive Director of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of York County. Kate has B.A in Childhood Studies from Bennington College, and Ed.M from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Risk and Prevention.
