The Center provides half-day and full-day workshops that address the routine use of degrading language or slurs in the workplace. Degrading language can have a destructive impact on employees, making it difficult for them to perform their duties effectively. The Center trains employees, supervisors, senior management and staff to respond to and prevent bias and harassment in the workplace.
A respectful environment helps to ensure that every employee can work with productivity and efficiency. Management and co-workers can create a work environment in which every employee feels physically and emotionally safe.
